On October 6, 2026, Capstone Technologies completed the extension of its Madurai office. The new space is fully operational, and our teams have moved in and are already working there. It’s a milestone that reflects how much we’ve grown and our long-term commitment to Madurai as a key centre for talent, innovation and delivery.
Our journey in Madurai
When we set up in Madurai, we believed great technology work doesn’t have to be limited to metro cities. Madurai has a strong engineering talent pool, a deep cultural heritage and a community that values hard work and learning, and it has more than proven us right.
Under the leadership of our CEO, Amit Singh, and with guidance from our Board of Directors, including Vikash Mishra, our Madurai team has grown steadily. We’ve taken on new projects, welcomed new team members and built a culture rooted in collaboration and ownership. That growth eventually outpaced our space, and expanding became the natural next step.
Starting the right way: a traditional pooja
In Tamil culture, every important beginning starts with prayer, and our office extension was no different. On October 6, we marked the occasion with a traditional pooja performed on the new floor.
The altar was decorated with fresh flowers, banana leaves, coconuts, fruits and offerings. The priest led the rituals with Vedic chants, asking for prosperity, success, good health and harmony for everyone at Capstone. Team members from every department, including engineering, operations, HR and management, stood together on the new floor to take part.
The aarti, with its sacred flame, was carried through the gathering so each person could receive its blessings. Afterwards, everyone shared traditional prasadam, a simple, sweet moment that brought the whole team together.
For many of us, the ceremony was more than a formality. It was a chance to pause, celebrate together and start this new chapter with gratitude and positivity.
